You need a page to attract private investors
No the last thing you want on your real estate investor website is a page for private investors. Let me list the reasons.
1. People with money will never see your buying website, why would they?
2. You are basically telling your motivated seller you have no money and are not a true real estate investor.
3. Even if people with money do visit your site, what did the real estate investors website "guru" do to prepare your web page to make sure you aren't violiaiting securities laws in your state let alone all the states your web appears in.
Look bottom line is that in the real world you raise money through contacts, word of mouth, networking etc. It is extremely difficult to raise any significant amounts of money and a pitily webpage isn't going to change that fact. But when the sales pitch is made for the super-duper website with bells and whistles it sounds great that people are going to be giving you money just for asking.
