You know this real estate investor website myth is easy to overlook/miss.  On first glance it seems only natural that any professional real estate investor would want to explain on over 5 pages of cyberspace, important things like what your mission, do you really care, what is your return policy?

But really, does the motivated seller really care that you have a mission that comes with benefits, complete with solutions, life history, and why they care about your situation?  Does the motivated seller want to know what real estate investors name their dog and how many children they have adopted from foreign lands?  No they want to sell their house. 

You see, we as consumers looking to buy a real estate investment website,we want to over explain why we buy houses and why a seller should like us over other real estate investors. 

But the only thing the seller is concerned with, correction motivated seller (very important distinction) is that the real estate investor is serious and has the means to close the transaction.

The fact that the motivated seller is at your website that is clean looking, unique,and straight forward will get the point across that you mean business. 

If your website looks like everyone else's template with the same links, pictures and general feel of a $20 website (no matter that you paid thousands in "setup fees" and upwards of $80 a month, it still looks like a $20 website) then you will need to do a lot of explaining of why you are different than everyone else thought bought the same website.

The more you clutter your real estate investment website with explanations, gyrations, and distractions, the more likely the motivated seller will run out of time, patience or just change their mind from filling out the seller questionnaire.

The bottom line is the more buttons and pages you have, the more likely the seller is to get confused, frustrated, and distracted from performing their purpose of being there.  Fill out the seller Questionnaire!!
