Yes it is possible to quit your job and become a real estate investor; I have seen it done plenty of times.  The problem is that while I have seen many individuals follow this path I have seen very few success stories; actually I know of none; that’s right none, zilch, zip, nada, not one success story.

You see I wish I could tell you that if you bought my real estate website that you could quit your job and become a real estate investor in 60 days, but it just doesn’t work like that, I’m sorry to say.

It is unrealistic to think that by buying a home study course or going to a boot camp that the average or even the above average person will be able to sustain a realistic living and provide for their families.

Real estate investing is a tremendous business and has incredible earnings potential for even the “average guy/gal,” but it takes a time to build enough knowledge and business awareness to earn a consistent living.

Oh I know those other sites bombard you with success stories, and I have seen those testimonials before, I have also seen those testimonials/success stories flare out into oblivion after a couple of magical deals becomes a fluke or they were exaggerated to begin with.

Ok now that I have deflated your real estate investor dreams of yachts, mansions and Ferraris, I want to tell you that real estate investing is easy and possible for everyone that sets their mind to it.  Don’t think that you are going to figure out this business overnight, it took me a little over one year to find my first deal and haven’t done less than 2 a month since then.

Commit yourself to 5 years of hard work, studying, learning your local market, and developing your business and you will be successful.  That is what it takes, there are no shortcuts, I have never met a successful investor or anyone for that matter, that didn’t work hard and study their field constantly.  I’m sorry to break this news to you, but use it to your advantage and pace yourself and understand that it is natural for it to take time to earn a small fortune every year.

I once read that the biggest, if not only difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is persistence, so be persistent and learn to become a real estate investor, because this business is incredibly profitable over time and accessible to everyone that truly wants to be financially secure.
